DePaul Walkers Shine Through
at Walk for A Healthy Community
On Saturday, May 30th,
2009, 145 family members, students, alumni, trustees, staff and friends of DePaul
School participated in the 7th Annual Walk for a Healthy Community presented by
Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. In all,
there was a record of over 8,000 walkers representing 44 non-profit
organizations from the Greater Pittsburgh region. It was a fabulous day for a brisk 5K Walk
(or one mile fun walk) as everyone had a great time at Heinz Field for the Walk
and related festivities.
